Disclaimer
Assumption of Risk: Booking and participation are at your own risk. Northern Vibes Cigar Co. LLC. is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses during the event.
Release of Liability: You release, waive, and discharge Northern Vibes Cigar Co. LLC., including their owners, employees, and affiliates, from any liability, claims, or actions for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the event.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northern Vibes Cigar Co. LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from the event or violation of these terms and conditions.
Personal Belongings: The client and attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Northern Vibes Cigar Co. LLC is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Photography and Videography: By booking our services, you consent to attendees being photographed and recorded. Northern Vibes Cigar Co. LLC reserves the right to use these images and recordings for promotional purposes.
LOCAL RATE:
- Hourly rate depending**** on package selected (additional costs may apply).
- Additional hours beyond booking time frame: $150 per hour. Must be purchased 30 minutes prior to end of event.
- Holiday hourly rate quoted during booking consultation (additional to hourly rate or packages)
- All day and full weekend package rates available at consultation.
OUTSIDE THE STATE OF MN:
- Out of State Hourly Rate $150 per hour in addition to standard package rate (5 -hour min for Tier 1 - VIP Packages) *****
- Additional hours beyond booking time frame: $200 per hour. Must be purchased 1 hour prior to end of event.
DEPOSIT:
- 50% Deposit is required to book our services. Remaining balance is due 14 business days prior to the event.
Return and Refund Policy
All bookings for our Cigar Bar Experience are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made. This policy is in place because each booking requires advance preparation, staffing, and allocation of premium inventory. Additionally, securing a date for the cigar bar removes the opportunity to book our full mobile lounge experience for that same date, which limits availability for other clients.
Exception – Event Cancellation: In the unfortunate case that the event itself is canceled, the booking party may request a refund of 50% of the total booking fee.
